Our Strawberry Rhubarb Berliner Weisse is made
starting with a low gravity wheat and pilsner malt base
and a mixed lactobacillus culture. Fermented with
an American Wheat Ale yeast strain, we ended
up with thirst quenching Berliner Weisse.
Pale golden in appearance, refreshingly tart with
a citrus fruit sharpness.
