Brewed almost exclusively with Pilsner malt. We add a touch
of Traditional German Saaz hops for additional malt complexity.
We cold age this beer for several weeks to give it the crisp, clean
finish one would expect from a traditional Pilsner.
At 5% ABV, this beer is a great addition to floating the
Clark Fork, throwing in a pack for a hike, or enjoying in good
company around a campfire.
