We’re happy to welcome professional skier Ian Hamilton to Team Big Sky Brewing Co. The Missoula product –who took home the Coldsmoke Freeride title over the weekend – is pushing the boundaries of backcountry freestyle. Long story short, it’s one thing to pull it off in a park, but another to climb the mountain, build the jump and then throw down. This is a look on life we respect around here and we’re proud to support Ian’s journey.

Favorite Missoula Memory: Tough to choose, there’s so many. Hiking to the top of Mount Sentinel at dawn with my closest friends before running down to jump in the Clark Fork is near the top of the list.
BSBC Beer of choice: I was always the small kid growing up and I love IPA’s so Pygmy Owl has a special place in my heart. I’m also a Powder Hound myself though so that’s up there as well.
